Germany: Hansgrohe Group reported total sales of EUR 1.375 billion (USD 1.48 billion) in 2025, reflecting a decline of 0.9 percent compared to EUR 1.387 billion (USD 1.49 billion) in 2024. When adjusted for currency effects, sales recorded a slight increase of 0.9 percent. Operating profit decreased to EUR 185.9 million (USD 200 million), while EBITDA declined to EUR 243.6 million (USD 262 million). Margins also fell, with the sales-to-earnings ratio at 13.5 percent and EBITDA margin at 17.7 percent. The company noted that the construction and sanitary sectors were impacted by global economic conditions during the year.
Hans Jürgen Kalmbach stated: “In 2025, we once again faced countless challenges: from geopolitical tensions, increasing protectionism, unpredictable market developments in raw materials, the ongoing war in Ukraine, to numerous political conflicts around the world – we witnessed changes almost on a daily basis,” says Hans Jürgen Kalmbach. “In times of global uncertainty, it is crucial that we do not rigidly adhere to our strategy but adapt it intelligently. Our ‘Next Level Strategy’ remains our guiding compass, but we are adjusting our course to ensure stability and sustainable growth in the years ahead. This, however, is only possible with employees who respond flexibly, take responsibility, and work together across all our offices and factories to take the necessary steps. I would like to thank the international Hansgrohe team for this commitment and for the constructive and reliable cooperation, also on behalf of my fellow Executive Board members.
