China: Haier has launched a new line of R290 air-to-water monoblock heat pumps designed to provide heating, cooling, and domestic hot water within a single integrated system. The units use the natural refrigerant R290, which has a lower environmental impact compared to conventional alternatives, helping reduce emissions in line with sustainability objectives.
The system can be managed through Haier’s hOn smartphone application, which enables users to control temperature, monitor energy consumption, and schedule functions remotely. This digital integration offers flexibility in operation and supports the efficient management of household energy use.
