Haier Bangladesh Launches 24/7 Call Centre, Expands Nationwide After-Sales Network

Bangladesh: Haier Bangladesh has launched a 24/7 customer call centre and expanded its after-sales service network by adding 17 exclusive service centres and 7 direct service centres across the country. The initiative provides uninterrupted customer support, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and aims to improve response times and service quality nationwide. The company said the expanded network will enable more standardised and reliable technical support in key regions, setting a new benchmark for customer care in Bangladesh’s electronics industry. The launch event was attended by Wang Xiangjing, Deputy Managing Director of Haier Bangladesh, and Fazlul Haque, Head of Service, with the company reaffirming its long-term commitment to strengthening customer experience and nationwide service support.
