India: Gravity Bath has opened its first company-owned experiential retail stores in New Delhi and Mumbai as part of its expansion strategy. The outlets feature over 2,000 product SKUs, including faucets, showers, sanitaryware, kitchen sinks, and accessories, showcased in themed zones designed for various user needs such as children, seniors, hospitality, and residential spaces. The stores also include a live shower demonstration area. The company, which began in 2006 as a two-person startup, has grown into a pan-India brand with annual revenues of Rs 2 billion (approximately 24 million USD).
With two manufacturing facilities and a network of over 12,500 channel partners, Gravity Bath produces more than 3 million faucets and 700,000 sanitaryware units annually. Recognized by organizations including the Military Engineer Services (MES), the brand aims to reach Rs 10 billion (approximately 120 million USD) in revenue by 2028. It plans to expand further through franchise models and digital platforms and has recently forayed into the luxury bathware segment with its Italian-inspired range, DI’LUSSO.
