India: GADOTT has opened its first Luxury Experience Centre in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, marking its entry into experience-led retail in the Indian bathware market. The centre is intended to serve as a physical platform for showcasing the brand’s bath fittings, shower systems, wellness products and accessories, allowing architects, designers and homeowners to view and assess products in a single location. The launch reflects the company’s move towards brand-led retail supported by manufacturing experience and project-based sales.
The company has outlined a revenue target of INR 2,000 million (USD 24 million, EUR 22 million) over the next 3 to 5 years, supported by experience centres, trade partnerships and dealer-led formats. Following the New Delhi opening, GADOTT plans to expand into other metro markets as part of its wider national rollout. The Rajouri Garden centre is positioned as both a consultation and display space, aligned with growing demand for premium bathware solutions in India.
