Graham brings over two decades of experience in customer insight and strategic leadership, including ten years at Certas Energy, the UK’s largest independent fuel and energy distributor. In his new role, Graham will focus on delivering customer service excellence, highlighting the company’s technological capabilities, and strengthening supplier relationships amid rising demand for alternative heat sources.
