Franke Ensures Uninterrupted Supply After Waterline Enters Administration

UNITED KINGDOM: Franke UK has assured retailers and trade customers of uninterrupted product supply following the administration of its long-time distributor, Waterline. The company stated that it will continue serving customers through its own distribution networks Sinks & Things across England and Wales, and Forth & Clyde in Scotland while maintaining regular service through partners Bodel in Northern Ireland and Gowan Home in the Republic of Ireland. Waterline had been Franke’s distribution partner for over 40 years.
MD of Franke UK Craig McIntyre said: “We have systems in place and are working very hard to ensure customers can transition quickly and smoothly to our two direct distribution businesses to fulfil urgent requirements and provide long-term reliable supply of product. We have extensive stock on the ground and can offer delivery across England, Wales and Scotland. We are receiving a lot of inbound enquiries and are prioritising immediate requirements to fulfil them without delay. Everyone will be dealt with promptly to help them keep their projects and businesses on track.”
