Four United Enertech Brands Are Acquired by Soler & Palau

BARCELONA, Spain - United Enertech Holdings, a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based company, had previously owned United Enertech Corp., Air Performance LLC, Air Conditioning Products LLC, and Metal Form Manufacturing LLC. These companies were acquired by Soler & Palau Ventilation Group (S&P), a global manufacturer and distributor of air-movement products.

With the addition of the United Enertech brands, S&P's mechanical ventilation product line now includes grilles, registers, diffusers, air-terminal units, and specialty sheet-metal HVAC products.

According to a news release from S&P, the acquisition strengthens the company's "single-source" ventilation solution strategy for clients, engineers, contractors, and sales channel partners. According to the corporation, the ventilation product line offers ways to design comfortable, safe, energy-efficient, and healthy environments for businesses, homes, and institutions.
