Fluidmaster Expands Global Presence with Acquisition of Haron International
AUSTRALIA: Fluidmaster Inc., a manufacturer of toilet tank components and trim, is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Haron International Pty Ltd. On November 7, 2024, Fluidmaster acquired the assets of Haron International, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Haron has served as Fluidmaster's exclusive distributor since 1989, introducing innovative products like the 400UK063 toilet cistern fill valve—popularly known as the “green box”—to the Australian market during their 28-year partnership.
Haron International, founded and led by the late Fred Harrison, has represented numerous leading global brands in the plumbing and hardware industries. Additionally, Haron has developed its own market-leading brands across various categories, including toilet seats, ventilation systems, plumbing tools, and hardware.
