Flooré AB to operate under LK brand with new strategic direction

Sweden: Flooré AB and its owner LK Systems have announced that sales of underfloor heating systems in Sweden under the Flooré brand will be discontinued at the turn of the year 2025/2026. Following this change, Flooré AB’s Swedish sales organisation will also be wound down. Sales in Sweden will instead be carried out under the LK brand through LK Systems’ sales channels. The company confirmed that spare parts and customer support will continue to be provided in line with agreements and legal requirements.
As part of the restructuring, the company will adopt the new name LK Flooré AB. The revised strategy places emphasis on expanding export activities and strengthening sales in the Nordic market, while also investing in manufacturing, product development, and production improvements. Operations will remain based in Torpshammar, with a focus on broadening the company’s product portfolio to support future growth.
