ELTA Group Acquires Air Movement Supplies in Ireland

UK: ELTA Group has acquired Ireland-based Air Movement Supplies (AMS) as part of its strategy to expand its presence in the European HVAC market and address increasing demand for improved air quality. AMS, which operates a manufacturing site in Dublin, will help enhance ELTA's distribution capabilities in Ireland and scale up production of HVAC equipment. 

David Kelly and John Grainger will continue to lead AMS, leveraging the company’s existing expertise. Mark Russell, managing director for ELTA Ireland, emphasized that the acquisition offers a unique growth opportunity to deliver enhanced value and innovation to customers, aligned with ELTA's commitment to air movement and air quality.
