Germany: Eiffage Énergie Systèmes, through its German subsidiary Salvia, has acquired 100% of HTW Engineers, an engineering consultancy specializing in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems, as part of Salvia’s strategy to strengthen its expertise and footprint in the German engineering market. Founded in 1969, HTW Engineers generated revenue of nearly EUR 10 million (USD 10.8 million) in 2024 and operates from key locations in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Leipzig with a team of around 80 employees. The company is recognized for delivering complex projects for both private and public clients, with technical capabilities spanning water treatment, HVAC, electrical engineering, security systems and BIM modelling. The acquisition enhances Salvia’s planning and engineering capabilities, expands its geographical coverage particularly in western and northeastern Germany, and provides Eiffage Énergie Systèmes with strategic opportunities to broaden its service offering, including complex design-build projects, while acquiring new customers in the German market.
