DiversiTech Corporation Acquires Smart Thermostat Manufacturer Cielo

USA: DiversiTech Corporation, a manufacturer of products for the HVACR sector, has acquired Cielo Thermostats, a company specialising in smart climate control devices. The acquisition adds to DiversiTech’s existing thermostat control offerings, particularly complementing its PRO1 line aimed at professional HVAC installations. Cielo’s product portfolio includes smart thermostats designed for use with both ducted and ductless HVAC systems, such as the Energy Star-certified Cielo Breez Max and the Cielo Smart Thermostat.
Following the acquisition, both companies indicated plans to strengthen product development and enhance market presence through combined resources. Cielo is expected to operate under the DiversiTech umbrella while continuing to focus on smart control solutions. The companies stated the move would allow for expanded partnerships within HVAC wholesale distribution channels.
