France: The DELABIE Group has announced the acquisition of KWC Professional, formerly known as Franke Water Systems, along with its subsidiaries, from Equistone-advised funds and minority shareholders. This strategic move reinforces DELABIEs position as the European leader in tapware and sanitary equipment for public and commercial buildings.
By combining two companies with strong expertise and complementary geographic reach, the acquisition forms a major industrial group across Europe. KWC Professional adds value with its technical know-how, respected brands such as KWC, Aquarotter, DVS, and Sissons, and a strong footprint in key markets. The acquisition follows DELABIEs 2024 purchase of Newcastle Joinery Ltd., enhancing its offering for correctional facilities. Nearly 70 percent of DELABIEs revenue will now come from outside France, with expanded market presence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Nordics, the Middle East, and the UK.
