Del-Air Acquires McGowans Heating and Air Conditioning to Expand into US

US: Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning, and Electric has expanded its service area in the northeast corridor of Florida, US, through the acquisition of McGowan's Heating and Air Conditioning. The deal marks the company's seventh acquisition in the past 14 months. With this acquisition, Del-Air will now serve Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, Flagler, and St. Johns counties. McGowans has provided HVAC services in the Jacksonville area for nearly 50 years and offered a range of services, including attic insulation, commercial HVAC work, duct cleaning, indoor air quality upgrades, and residential HVAC.
The company will now operate under the Del-Air name. "Becoming part of Del-Air is a great opportunity to expand our business," said Mike Regula, president of McGowans Heating and Air Conditioning. "Their reputation and commitment to excellence will help us build upon McGowan's legacy and expand the services we provide, including plumbing and electrical repair and installation, to our customers in the Jacksonville metro area."
