Daikin UK Enhances Residential Aftersales Through Robert Heath Heating

UK: Daikin UK has enhanced its aftersales service by transferring all residential operations in England and Wales to Robert Heath Heating, following its acquisition of the company in January 2024.
According to Daikin UK, this move ensures that both customers and installers receive consistent, long-term support from a dedicated, wholly owned service business at the forefront of low-carbon heating solutions.
From 10 September 2025, all residential service requests in England and Wales, including heat pump maintenance, repairs, and warranty work—are managed by Robert Heath Heating. Daikin UK will continue to oversee residential services in Scotland and Northern Ireland while directing its UK service teams toward commercial and industrial operations.
Robert Heath Heating brings over 45 years of expertise in residential heating, supported by more than 300 service engineers and advanced IT systems. The company already provides maintenance and repair services to more than 200,000 households across England and Wales. Customers now benefit from quicker repair times handled by local engineers, improved communication through text alerts, reminders, and updates, as well as streamlined multi-channel contact options.
Daikin UK’s residential service engineers have also joined Robert Heath Heating’s expanded team, reinforcing capacity and ensuring households continue to receive fast, professional, and reliable heating and hot water services.
