Daikin India Invests USD 60 Million in New R&D Centre in Rajasthan

India: Daikin India has inaugurated its third research and development (R&D) centre in Neemrana, Rajasthan, with an investment of INR 500 crore (USD 60 Million). Spanning six acres, the facility will support both Indian and global markets, employing over 500 engineers and housing 22 new testing laboratories for the development of comprehensive HVACR solutions. The centre aims to enhance Daikin’s manufacturing competitiveness amid growing export demand. This initiative brings Daikin India’s total infrastructure investment to INR 2,800 crore (USD 337 Million), reflecting its long-term commitment to innovation and sustainable product development tailored to domestic and international needs.
