Copeland to Acquire Bueno Analytics to Strengthen AI-Driven Building Solutions

AUSTRALIA: Copeland has signed an agreement to acquire Australia-based Bueno Analytics, a provider of SaaS platforms using embedded AI and machine learning for building analytics, energy management and cold-chain operations. The acquisition will enhance Copeland’s digital and aftermarket portfolio by adding advanced capabilities such as predictive maintenance, energy optimization, leak detection and operational analytics across commercial buildings. “This acquisition will combine Copeland’s leading-edge technologies, broad aftermarket offerings and strong customer relationships with Bueno Analytics’ proven AI-enabled platform,” said Ross B. Shuster, CEO of Copeland. Bueno’s leadership said the partnership will accelerate innovation and sustainability impact. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
