Clivet Launches Indoor Heat Pump in Italy

Italy: Italian manufacturer Clivet has introduced a new indoor heat pump system aimed at domestic hot water production. The device, part of the Aqua F series, is offered in models with 100 L, 190 L, and 300 L storage tanks, and up to eight units can be combined (cascaded) for higher capacity.

According to Clivet, the system captures renewable energy from the air and converts it into heat to raise the water temperature in the storage tank, with minimal electricity consumption. “The Aqua F is four times more efficient than a traditional electric boiler, resulting in a 75% reduction in electricity costs for the same amount of thermal energy delivered”.
