Climate Care Solutions Acquires Europe Air Conditioning

UK: Climate Care Solutions (CCS), a Suffolk-based HVAC group, has acquired a majority stake in Bingley-headquartered Europe Air Conditioning (EAC). Established in 2006, EAC provides heating and ventilation system services including design, installation, repair and maintenance across various sectors such as healthcare, leisure, education, construction, retail and transport throughout the United Kingdom. EAC now becomes part of the CCS network, which also includes East Anglia’s Sapphire Cooling Systems. 

A representative from CCS stated that the acquisition of EAC enhances the group’s presence in the UK HVAC market and supports its strategy of developing a network of specialised businesses. According to the company, EAC’s industry experience and reputation complement CCS’s operational ethos. The transaction, advised by KBS Corporate with legal support from Mackrell Solicitors and Ansons Solicitors, is expected to create new opportunities for collaboration and growth while allowing EAC to maintain its individual operations.
