ROME: Italian distribution group Clerici has accelerated its expansion in Rome through five strategic acquisitions, reinforcing its position in the Lazio region. The company has acquired 100% of Termoidraulica Agostini e Figli, ARYA Group, Lazioterm and Home Distribuzione, and signed a binding agreement to purchase Puntoclima. These businesses are leading distributors of hydronic, heating, air conditioning and energy-efficient systems in the Rome market. The move brings Clerici to around 80 employees in the capital and supports its ambition to become a key market reference.
According to President Paolo Clerici, the group aims to achieve US$ 94.9 million (€80 million) in revenue in Rome alone by 2026, with full integration expected by the end of that year. The acquisitions align with Clerici’s wider strategy of selective growth and network expansion across high-potential Italian markets.
