UK: CCG Asset Management, the planned maintenance division of the CCG Group, has completed a bathroom replacement programme in South Glasgow. The work was carried out on behalf of Rosehill Housing Association. A total of 41 homes in the Pollok area, owned and managed by the housing association, received new installations including baths, wet walls, and sanitary ware as part of the upgrade.
Jim Cunningham, CCG Asset Management manager, said, “Bathroom replacements are very much what we would class as our bread-and-butter. We have been installing bathrooms – as well as kitchens and heating appliances – for decades, and with each contract, our primary goal is to make the process as streamlined as possible for the tenant.
