Carrier Appoints Thomas Donato President of Climate Solutions Europe

UNITED STATES: Carrier Global Corporation has announced the appointment of Thomas Donato as President of its Climate Solutions Europe segment, succeeding Thomas Heim, who is stepping down from the role. Donato joins Carrier with extensive experience in industrial technology leadership, most recently serving as CEO of Bosch Power Tools and previously holding senior positions at Bosch Rexroth, Rockwell Automation and ABB.
The leadership transition comes as Carrier looks to build on the successful integration of Viessmann Climate Solutions and strengthen its position in the European HVAC market. Heim, who spent nine years with Carrier and Viessmann Climate Solutions, played a key role in integrating the businesses and unifying the company's residential and commercial HVAC operations across Europe. Carrier expects a smooth transition as both executives work closely together during the handover period.
