British Gas Forms Strategic Alliance with Navien

UK: British Gas has entered into a partnership with heating manufacturer Navien, as announced during InstallerSHOW 2025. The collaboration aims to enhance customer service and provide nationwide repair and warranty support for Navien’s range of gas and oil boilers, as well as heat pumps.

Through this partnership, Navien customers will have access to British Gas’ network of engineers across the United Kingdom. The agreement is intended to offer consistent service across all product types, including smart controls and low-carbon heating systems. The companies have stated that this arrangement is designed to support the entire lifecycle of Navien’s products.
