Bradford White Acquires Bock Water Heaters to Expand Manufacturing Capabilities

USA: Bradford White Corporation has announced the acquisition of Universal Technologies of Wisconsin, Inc., Bock Water Heaters, Inc., and Tank Technology, Inc., collectively known as Bock Water Heaters. The Wisconsin-based company specialises in oil-fired water heating and commercial and specialty water heating and storage products. The two companies have maintained a business relationship for over 30 years, with Bock serving as both a supplier and a customer to Bradford White. This acquisition aims to strengthen Bradford White’s ability to support its customers by expanding its range of products and solutions. 

Founded in 1929, Bock Water Heaters operates two manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, producing oil-fired water heaters and large commercial condensing gas-fired water heaters. The acquisition will enhance Bradford White’s US-based manufacturing capacity. Bock’s leadership has expressed alignment with Bradford White’s commitment to product quality and customer relationships. This transaction follows other recent acquisitions by Bradford White, including Electro Industries, Heat-flo, and FloLogic, as part of its strategy to meet evolving industry demands and introduce new solutions.
