Bosch Home Comfort Group Strengthens Executive Team to Drive Regional Focus and Global Growth

GERMANY: The Bosch Home Comfort Group is further aligning its management structure to enhance regional customer focus and support global growth. Effective January 1, 2026, Maria Zesch and Stephan Lampel will join the Global Executive Board. Zesch will lead the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) sales region, while Lampel will take over responsibility for commercial functions, succeeding Thomas Volz. These appointments reinforce the company’s focus on addressing diverse market needs and executing its growth strategy.
As a member of Executive Management, Maria Zesch will oversee the EMEA region. She previously served as CEO of TAKKT AG and succeeds Jan Brockmann, who managed the region alongside his CEO duties. “Regional proximity is essential for addressing varied market conditions effectively. I look forward to strengthening our market position in EMEA with our local teams and collaborating closely with our customers across the region,” Zesch commented on her new role.
Stephan Lampel, who has extensive management experience within the Bosch Group, will join the Global Executive Board with responsibility for commercial functions. “I look forward to my new role and working with the Bosch Home Comfort Group team. Our industry faces key strategic and economic challenges, and together we will leverage our strengths to achieve targeted, sustainable growth,” said Lampel. He succeeds Thomas Volz, who will take on a new position within the Bosch Group starting January.
