Bluu Unit Expands Nationwide Presence with Acquisitions of ACI Group and Heuberger Kälte Klima

Germany: Bluu Unit, a Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II portfolio company specializing in sustainable refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology, has acquired ACI Group in Düsseldorf and Heuberger Kälte Klima GmbH in Bayreuth, Germany. ACI Group, owner-managed for 30 years, combines three specialized companies in refrigeration system engineering, building services, and electrical engineering with 46 employees. Heuberger Kälte Klima, with over 90 years of experience and 81 employees across four locations, is a commercial refrigeration and air conditioning specialist with expertise in CO₂ systems and natural refrigerants. These acquisitions strengthen Bluu Unit’s regional presence and support its goal of building a nationwide network.
