GERMANY: The BLANCO Group is gearing up for the future through key leadership changes. The company’s strategic shift from an accessory supplier to a comprehensive system provider for the kitchen water segment will be further advanced internationally and scaled efficiently. Effective 1 May 2026, CFO Rüdiger Böhle will succeed Frank Gfrörer as CEO of BLANCO. Gfrörer, who assumed leadership of the BLANC & FISCHER family holding last May, will now serve as Chair of the BLANCO Board of Directors. As CEO, Böhle will oversee the continued development of corporate strategy and overall organizational management, in addition to his current responsibilities in finance, controlling, and administration.Â
Strengthening the management team further, Melanie Aselmann (45) will join as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) from 1 May 2026. In this newly created role, she will integrate sales, marketing, product portfolio, and service operations internationally for a more cohesive approach.Â
