Big 5 Construct Saudi 2025 to Showcase Saudi Arabia’s USD 1.7 Trillion Construction Boom
Saudi: The 13th edition of Big 5 Construct Saudi, organized by DMG events, is set to be the largest construction event in Saudi Arabia at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, ROSHN Front. Reflecting Saudi Vision 2030, the event will highlight opportunities within the Kingdom’s USD 1.7 trillion construction sector. With over 75,000 visitors, more than 2,000 exhibitors from 60+ countries, and a 140,000 sqm exhibition space—double the size of 2024—the event will feature 20,000+ products across two specialized weeks.
The first week (15–18 February) will focus on heavy construction, concrete, and HVAC under the theme “Strong foundations from design to build,” featuring Heavy Saudi Arabia and Totally Concrete Saudi Arabia. The second week (24–27 February) will highlight urban planning, hospital construction, and facilities management under “Transforming projects from fit-out to services,” introducing Urban Design & Landscape Saudi Arabia and Saudi Hospital Design & Build.
The event will also host the 5th International Contracting Conference (ICC), co-organized by the Saudi Contractors Authority (SCA) and dmg events, bringing together industry leaders to explore key construction trends and investment opportunities. With over USD 1 billion in business engagements facilitated in previous editions, Big 5 Construct Saudi 2025 aims to drive further economic growth through knowledge sharing, innovation, and collaboration, reinforcing its role as a leading platform for the Kingdom’s construction priorities.
