Beijer Ref Buys Stake in Indian Distributor

Beijer Ref has purchased a 70% ownership interest in Chillaire Solutions, an Indian company that imports and distributes refrigerant. Beijer Ref has the opportunity to purchase the remaining shares in the company, which is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, to the south of Delhi. Beijer Ref states that Chillaire Solutions is additionally engaged in the distribution of many other HVAC-related goods. Chillaire Solutions, established in 2018, reportedly generates yearly sales of over SEK120m ($11.9m) and has a workforce of 20 individuals. Beijer Ref will collaborate with the current management team to oversee and advance the company's operations and growth.
