France: BDR Thermea Group has confirmed that its Plan de Sauvegarde de l’Emploi (PSE) will take effect by the end of October 2025. The plan affects employees linked to the former De Dietrich operations in France and forms part of the company’s broader restructuring process to realign its manufacturing footprint. The PSE will include measures for job redeployment, training, and voluntary departure options. Company representatives stated that this step is necessary to enhance efficiency amid changing market dynamics and the ongoing shift from gas boilers to heat pump systems across Europe.
