Bathroom Brands Group Acquires Showerwall Assets from Administration
UK: Bathroom Brands Group has successfully acquired all assets of Showerwall from administration, facilitated by FRP Advisory, following the sale initiated by Showerwall’s former parent company, International Decorative Surfaces. The acquisition includes the head office and production facility located in Stoke-on-Trent, along with all intellectual property and stock related to the Showerwall brand.
As part of this acquisition, Bathroom Brands Group will retain 19 employees from the production, sales, and marketing teams dedicated to Showerwall. The Showerwall brand will now operate as a division within Bathroom Brands Group's portfolio, which also includes brands such as Crosswater, Burlington, Britton, and Clearwater Interiors, thus expanding the company’s product categories. The business will continue to function from its existing head office and production facility in Stoke-on-Trent.
