Azizi Developments Extends HVAC Partnership with Daikin for Burj Azizi Project

UAE: Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has extended its collaboration with Daikin to supply comprehensive HVAC systems for Burj Azizi, set to become the world’s second-tallest tower. The agreement includes the provision of cooling and air-conditioning solutions across the project’s residential, hospitality, retail, and entertainment components, ensuring long-term indoor comfort and reliable system performance. The scope covers fan coil units (FCUs), fresh air handling units (FAHUs), DX units, along with the supply and commissioning of chillers, creating a fully integrated HVAC solution designed for complex high-rise applications.

Daikin, a global leader in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) technologies, will source equipment from multiple manufacturing locations in accordance with international quality standards. This includes FCUs from China, chillers from Italy, FAHUs from the UAE, and DX units from India and Thailand. The partnership extension builds on Daikin’s longstanding involvement across Azizi Developments’ projects, underscoring a shared emphasis on technical excellence, energy efficiency, and lifecycle performance.
