ASEAN Vietnam Ceramic Valley Opens in Thanh Hoa with $200 Million Investment

VIETNAM: The first phase of the US$200 million ASEAN Vietnam Ceramic Valley was inaugurated on July 17 at the Van Thang-Yen Tho Industrial Cluster in Thanh Hoa Province. Developed by Etrillion Ceramics, a subsidiary of China’s Hunan Hualian Ceramics, the 43.8-hectare project has completed its first-phase factories and infrastructure a year ahead of schedule, supported by nearly $100 million in investment. The facility will accommodate six smart production lines and is expected to generate over $100 million in annual export revenue. Upon full completion, the complex is projected to produce around 170 million household ceramic products annually and generate more than $200 million in exports each year.
