Ariston to Acquire Riello, Boosting Climate Comfort and Combustion Expertise

ITALY: Ariston Group has completed the acquisition of 100% of Riello Group, a well-established company known for its heritage brands, including Riello and Beretta. This strategic transaction provides Ariston with access to complementary sales channels, product lines, and a robust service network, strengthening its position in Italy’s climate comfort sector. It also enhances Ariston’s standing as a global expert in combustion technologies, leveraging Riello’s extensive know-how across the full spectrum of processes and applications. The deal expands Ariston’s footprint and product offerings in the commercial and industrial segments and reinforces its presence in North America. For 2025, Riello is projected to generate approximately €400 million (US$ 468 million) in net sales and around €35 million (US$ 41 million) in adjusted EBITDA. The acquisition consideration is €289 million (US$ 338 million) on a cash- and debt-free basis. EBITDA 2026E, including anticipated run-rate synergies. The combination is expected to deliver significant value creation through technological synergies, optimized sourcing and logistics, and a complementary product portfolio.
