Aparna Enterprises Launches Unispace Mega Store in Hyderabad, India

India: Aparna Enterprises Ltd. (AEL), an Indian building materials manufacturer, has launched the Unispace Mega Store in Miyapur, Hyderabad. The store spans 105,000 square feet across two levels and houses more than 20 product categories, including tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, modular kitchens and wardrobes, uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, electricals, lighting, appliances, construction materials, tools, machinery, outdoor furniture, and landscaping solutions. The store features interactive zones, technology-enabled displays, product demonstration areas, fully functional apartment mock-ups, and in-house design consultants. Additional facilities include an event space for workshops and seminars, a café, a children’s zone, and EV charging stations. Strategically located for connectivity to the metro and Outer Ring Road, as well as proximity to Hyderabad’s IT and industrial hubs, the store serves both B2B and B2C customers.
AEL has over 150 retail projects underway and aims to enhance consumer experience while meeting the growing demand for curated home solutions. The launch aligns with national initiatives such as Atmanirbhar Bharat and Make in India, highlighting Indian products supported by global technologies.
