Allibert Group Placed Under Judicial Liquidation Following Failed Takeover

France: The Allibert Group, placed in receivership on 29 January 2025, has announced that it is now subject to a judicial liquidation procedure. The measure was initiated by the Grenoble Commercial Court on Thursday, 27 March 2025, following a hearing "relating to the takeover under a disposal plan of all or part of Allibert's production sites and support functions." Founded in 1930, the French manufacturer of bathroom and interior solutions confirmed the decision on 1 April 2025, stating it was made due to the lack of lasting solutions for the company’s recovery.
