The group, led by Stanislas Lacroix, now generates 47% of its €379 million (USD 439.64 million) turnovers outside France, with particularly strong growth in North America (+10% in double-flow plants), Eastern Europe (Poland), and Germany (+8% activity in H1 2025). To support this vision, Aldes has launched a €7 million (USD 8.12 million) investment programme over two years to modernise its three main French production sites, focusing on flexibility, logistics optimisation, and competitiveness through site specialisation. The two Vénissieux factories, focused on fire protection and air handling units, will be merged. Collégien will evolve into a centre of excellence for residential ventilation, while Châtillon-en-Vendelais will expand to strengthen capacity. This modernisation effort aims to boost industrial performance while reducing the group’s carbon footprint.
