Aira Secures Investment to Accelerate European Clean Energy-Tech Expansion

Europe: Since its launch in June 2023, Aira has expanded into Germany, Italy, and the UK, achieving an annual sales run-rate of EUR 200M and employing 1,200 people. The company offers a comprehensive customer proposition with a monthly payment plan, end-to-end service, and a 15-year Aira Guarantee. With 18 hubs and four Aira Academies training skilled heat pump installers, Aira is rapidly scaling to replace gas boilers with air source heat pumps, reducing household heating costs by up to 40% and CO₂ emissions by up to 100% with clean energy tariffs.
The new equity investment will accelerate Aira’s scale-up, expand its clean energy-tech offering, and strengthen its presence in current markets. Plans include boosting production at its Wroclaw, Poland factory, investing in R&D at its Swedish centre, and building strategic partnerships in the home and energy sectors.
