AUSTRALIA: AIIR Intelligent HVAC has entered into a strategic partnership with Copeland to enhance smart HVAC system integration and energy management capabilities. Under the collaboration, all AIIR products will be equipped with a custom-configured version of Copeland’s Verdant VX4 thermostat, creating an advanced HVAC solution aimed at simplifying installation, speeding up project approvals, and improving energy efficiency. The specially configured Verdant VX4 thermostat will serve as the exclusive control interface for AIIR’s classic controls mode and will also integrate with the AIIR User App, enabling residents to remotely manage temperature, humidity, and airflow settings according to their preferences. By incorporating Copeland’s widely used Verdant thermostat platform, already deployed across more than 11,000 properties in the hospitality sector, AIIR aims to streamline compliance with brand standards and support faster approvals for hospitality and multifamily housing projects. AIIR Holdings CEO Trevor Schick stated that Copeland’s strong reputation in energy management among hospitality and multifamily property owners made the company an ideal strategic partner for AIIR products.
